Digital Products

All of our products are digital downloads. Once your purchase is complete and the files are delivered to you, they cannot be physically returned. Because of the digital nature of these resources, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

When Refunds May Be Considered

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• You purchased the same printable twice by mistake.
• You were charged in error due to a technical issue.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide you with a corrected version.

What to Do if You Have an Issue

If you experience a problem with your download, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at [email protected]. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve it quickly by sending a corrected file or considering a refund where applicable.

No Returns on Digital Files

Since printables are instantly accessible and non-returnable once downloaded, we are unable to process traditional returns or exchanges. Please review the product description and preview images carefully before purchasing.
