Having Trouble Receiving Your Free Printables?

Sometimes email providers block or filter messages, and this can stop your printables from arriving in your inbox. Here’s how to make sure you get them:

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Emails with download links can sometimes end up here. If you find our email, move it to your inbox and mark it as “Not Spam.”

2. Search Your Email

Type our email address ([email protected]) into your inbox search bar to see if the message got lost in another folder.

3. Whitelist Our Email Address

Add [email protected] to your contacts or safe sender list so future printables go straight to your inbox.

4. Use a Different Email Provider

Some services, like school or work emails, block downloads. A personal email address (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) often works best.

5. Still No Email?

If you’ve tried all the above and still can’t find your printables, send me a quick message to [email protected] (with the printables URL) and I’ll make sure you get them right away.
