This permission is for one individual user. It is not a school-wide, organization-wide, business-wide, or district-wide license.

Each teacher, tutor, therapist, caregiver, or other professional who wishes to use a resource must download or purchase their own copy unless written permission for broader use has been provided by Make Fun Printables.

Digital File Sharing Is Not Permitted

Digital printable files may not be shared, copied, forwarded, distributed, or made available to another person.

Editing a file for accessibility or for the private needs of your own child or student does not give you permission to share, publish, distribute, or sell the edited version.

Editable and Fillable Resources

Some Make Fun Printables resources may include editable or fillable fields.

Editable fields are provided only so the original user can enter information such as a child’s name, spelling words, dates, or other lesson-specific content.

An editable or fillable file may not be:

  • Rebranded.
  • Resold.
  • Shared as a template.
  • Distributed to other teachers or businesses.

  • Uploaded to a marketplace.
  • Modified and presented as a new resource.

The ability to type into or personalize a file does not include commercial-use, private-label, or resale rights.

Commercial Use and Resale

Make Fun Printables resources may not be used to create a product for sale.

You may not sell or include the resources in:

  • Printed worksheet packs.
  • Workbooks.
  • Busy books.
  • Learning binders.
  • Activity kits.
  • Subscription boxes.
  • Homeschool curriculum packages.
  • Preschool program packages.
  • Teacher resource bundles.
  • Digital products.

  • Memberships.
  • Paid newsletters.
  • Client packages.
  • Print-on-demand products.
  • Lead magnets or free gifts used to promote a business.

You may not charge for access to the printable, even when it is offered as part of another product or service.

Make Fun Printables does not currently offer private-label rights, white-label rights, resell rights, master resell rights, or permission to place another business’s branding on the resources.

Printing-Service Exception

A commercial printer, copy shop, stationery shop, or local printing provider may charge a customer for the physical service of printing a Make Fun Printables resource.

A printing service may charge for:

  • Paper.
  • Ink.
  • Printing.
  • Cutting.
  • Binding.
  • Laminating.
  • Finishing.
  • Packaging.
  • Delivery.

The customer should download or purchase the resource directly from Make Fun Printables and provide the file to the printing service.

The printing provider must follow these conditions:

  • The resource must be printed exactly as provided.
  • The Make Fun Printables website address must remain clearly visible.
  • Copyright notices may not be removed, hidden, cropped, or covered.
  • The printing provider may not add its logo, business name, website, watermark, or branding to the resource.
  • The printing provider may not claim to have created or published the resource.
  • The printing provider may not sell access to the digital file.
  • The printing provider may not send the digital file to other customers.
  • The printing provider may not keep a digital library of Make Fun Printables resources for future resale.
  • The printing provider may not print copies in advance and offer them as its own educational products.
  • The printing provider may not list the printable itself for sale on a website, marketplace, social media page, catalog, or shop.
  • The digital file should be deleted by the printing provider after the customer’s printing order has been completed.

The customer is paying the provider for the printing service, not for ownership of the printable content.

This exception does not give a printing provider commercial resale, private-label, distribution, or rebranding rights.

Selling Completed Activities

Completed worksheets, assembled busy books, flashcards, activity packs, laminated pages, learning folders, and other finished items made from Make Fun Printables resources may not be produced for resale.

The printing-service exception applies only when printing a specific customer’s file as a service. It does not permit a business to manufacture and sell finished Make Fun Printables products to the general public.

Sharing Photographs

You may share photographs showing your child or students using a Make Fun Printables resource for personal, classroom, or review purposes.

Please do not upload clear, full-page photographs or scans that would allow another person to copy, print, or recreate the complete resource without visiting Make Fun Printables.

When practical, please credit Make Fun Printables or link to the original resource page.

Schools, Daycares, Therapy Practices, and Organizations

A resource downloaded or purchased by one person may not automatically be placed in a shared resource library for an entire school, daycare, preschool, tutoring center, therapy practice, organization, or school district.

Each educator or professional user must obtain their own copy unless Make Fun Printables has provided written permission for broader use.

Free Resources

Free resources remain protected by copyright.
